Very easy and professional. Both checkin and checkout were after hours and the service was excellent

Nice and Clean

Great location & very friendly staff. The only negative was we booked a King Room with a balcony & the closet was soo small.

Quite old hotel, more than 50 years old, very tiny room. and wifi signal is very week. You need to get the conference WiFi from reception. But the signal is still quite weak. The breakfast costs $25, and there's not too much food. However, their service attitudeis is quite good and they wish to help you. Although the limitation comes from the hardware.

nice room, good food. rooms look very nice but are done cheap you can tell.

停車比較方便，酒店位置也挺好的，周邊吃飯的略少。環境很乾乾淨

酒店房間有點小，室內WiFi信號不是很好，訪問中國的APP比較慢；不過周圍環境很安靜，酒店所在的區域非常安全，酒店服務人員很熱情禮貌，整體滿意！

酒店比較老了，但服務態度不錯，就是wifi速度有點慢

Friendly staff, convenient locatipn

Our second stay at Rex, abd whike the hotel is lovely, it is the staff who really make this a standout for us. Ingrid on the front desk was very helpful and welcomed us warmly after we arrived, we also were able to book a table in the bar for a quick drink. The bar staff and bar manager on duty (Saturday 25th Feb) Were helpful and went out of their way to get us a table in the howling moon bar - even though it was busy - the beers and cocktails were very good. Finally the room service & late kitchen team were amazing, and prepared us room service, even though we were a bit late ordering. Superb service, warm & friendly staff and well worth the money.

The pool is in another building beside the hotel. The parking is terrible. I had to park 2 blocks away. The kettle didn't work. I also found out that if I booked directly through the hotel I would of got breakfast included for the same price WOTIF offered. So don't use WOTIF ALWAYS BOOK DIRECTLY WITH THE HOTEL OF YOU REALLY WANT TO SAVE MONEY!

Friendly, professional staff. Excellent room and facilities. Close to everything in Canberra including the light rail. We had a lovely stay.

Everything was great, nothing bad to note. Really close to everything in the CBD, plenty of dining options. The staff was great.
